Manager of the company MCLP Conseil, Consulting in ergonomics and human factors, holder of the title of European Ergonomist in practice, she offers her expertise and experience for an optimized consideration of human factors in transformation projects, design of organizations, spaces and work situations and more generally in the management of change.
For 30 years, she has developed a mastery of the piloting of such missions which she now transmits within the framework of her teaching at the Sorbonne.
